Hamad Alsayegh is the Managing Partner of Hamad Alsayegh Advocates & Legal Consultants. He represents multinational corporations, financial institutions, developers, contractors and private clients in complex criminal, civil and commercial disputes across the UAE. Hamad has rights of audience before the local and Federal courts of the UAE and appears at all levels of the court system, including the Courts of First Instance, the Courts of Appeal and the Court of Cassation. His practice includes white collar crime, breach of trust, cybercrime, fraud investigations and significant commercial and civil disputes. He advises clients on dispute strategy, risk management and formal proceedings, with a focus on achieving effective outcomes in legally and commercially sensitive matters. Before establishing the firm, Hamad practised with Baker McKenzie Habib Al Mulla and BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP. He combines substantial advocacy experience with a practical understanding of the commercial, regulatory and reputational considerations that often arise in legally and commercially sensitive disputes.

Taher Sharif is the Chief Operating Officer of Hamad Alsayegh Advocates & Legal Consultants. He has more than 18 years of experience across the governmental and private sectors, including senior administrative positions with leading businesses. Taher is responsible for the firm's operational and administrative functions and brings extensive experience in governmental procedures, commercial services and business operations.

Ameen Rashid is a Partner in the Dubai office of Hamad Alsayegh Advocates & Legal Consultants, where he leads the firm's corporate and commercial practice. Ameen is a UK qualified Solicitor. He advises corporates, private investors, founders and family offices on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic commercial contracts, restructurings, governance and complex advisory matters. He brings more than 26 years of experience in the UAE and the wider region, including senior in-house legal leadership roles as General Counsel of Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, Legal Director for Abbott Laboratories' Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Pakistan region and General Counsel of the Healthcare Division of YAS Holding. Drawing on his in-house and private practice experience, he advises clients on legally complex and commercially significant matters with a focus on practical execution, risk allocation and strategic decision making.

Mahmoud Hammad is Legal Counsel at Hamad Alsayegh Advocates & Legal Consultants. He has more than 15 years of experience in the UAE and advises clients on a broad range of legal matters, including commercial and banking litigation, real estate, rental disputes, contracting and employment matters.
